The German Saturday School Bristol supports families and their children who grow up bilingually. We offer classes for children from the age of 3.5 to 11 years who are growing up bilingually.

Children’s classes take place on 24 Saturdays a year from 10:00 – 12:00 (term time only).

Teachers 

for our children’s classes and for our adult class (beginners) – £65 – £80 per session

Requirements:

• • Applicants should ideally be native German speakers
    (or have learned German to a sufficiently high level) 
  • Experience in teaching German as a foreign language (adult class)
  • Experience in working with children (children’s class)
  • Be prepared to work on a self-employed basis
    (We can provide some guidance.)

Assistants 

for children’s classes – £25 per session

Requirements:

• • German speaker at a sufficient level (B2 or higher), as we only speak German in our children’s classes. 
  • Be prepared to work on a self-employed basis
    (We can provide some guidance.)
  • You enjoy working with children. We are happy to teach you everything else “on the job”.
