Saturday school makes a great start

Over 40 pupils enjoyed their first lesson at the German Saturday School on Saturday 19 January 2008. They listened to stories, played games and of course made paper cones filled with little presents, as is traditional for pupils in Germany going to school for the first time. Most children appeared to be delighted with the lessons, which were taught by three teachers and six teaching assitants. After a lot of hard work, the school has finally begun!Here are some pictures.
