St Martin Lantern Walk

Date: Saturday 12^th November 2011

Time: 4.30pm – 7pm

Place: St. Matthew's Church Hall, Clare Rd., Cotham, Bristol BS6 5TB : stmatthews-bristol.org.uk/contact-us/find-us/

Program: 4.30pm: entry. Group singing in the church hall at 5pm. Walk starts at 5.20pm, followed by hot and cold drinks and refreshments for all in the church hall.

Nadya Webster will be taking photos of the event to put on the Samstagsschule website – so please smile to the camera!

Please bring:

• Stollen, Lebkuchen, satsumas etc to share with all after the Umzug.
• Lanterns (the children that attend Samstagsschule will be making these during their morning classes on 12^th Nov).
• Lantern sticks and batteries. Electric lantern sticks are available to buy for £1.50 at Spielgruppe on the morning of the 7^th Nov and at Samstagsschule on the morning of 12^th Nov.
• Your best singing voice!

Finally, and very importantly, we need your help to:

• set up and prepare (e.g putting out tables, plates, preparing drinks etc)
• serving drinks
• tidying up and cleaning the hall so that it is ready for us to leave the hall at 7pm.
